Val Martello is a Val Venosta secondary valley, located in the western part of South Tyrol. Val Martello is famous thank its farms in Italy, its uncontaminated landscape, because it’s included in the Stelvio National Park, and as a destination for quiet winter or summer holidays in Italy.
Apart being the ideal Italy holidays destination for nature fans, Val Martello is famous also thanks to its berries ; they mature at a height of 1800 meters and this fact gives them an inimitable taste !
The queen of berries is the strawberry, feasted thanks to huge gastronomic event taking place in Val Martello on June 25th and 26th, during which the biggest strawberry tart in the world will be cut, with music, many initiatives for children and a South Tyrolean typical market !
